The Highlandtown Arts District needed a centralized web presence that would bring together their Internet Marketing efforts and serve as a portal for volunteers bringing the Highalndtown Arts District to life. The colors of the site are mimiced on the bright signs that can be seen hanging on street signs throughout the neighborhood.
