Standard Application Development Process

Our Standard Application Development Process

  1. Requirement Analysis ̶ A discovery process takes place over a series of meetings and conversations to define business needs and functionality.

  2. Mock up ̶ A design mock-up is created using an image editing program. As this is purely to establish the design, none of the features displayed will be functional. For more complex projects a proof of concept or prototype may be produced.

  3. Design Review ̶ Client is allowed 1 round of changes and has 5 business days to respond. For larger projects a series of reviews may take place.

  4. Requirements Sign-off ̶ Once the design is approved, actual coding & programming will start. Any design changes at this point will require a change order & will incur further charges.

  5. Development ̶ Our team of developers creates the site based on your requirements.

  6. Final Sign-off ̶ We conduct a series of reviews to make sure that all requirements have been met. Any changes in requirements need sign-off by both parties.

  7. Launch ̶ The site is made available on the Internet. The files are moved onto a publicly available server and a user friendly Domain name is pointed to the site. We will be happy to help you acquire and manage your Domain.

  8. Post Project Review ̶ We meet with the client in a constructive assessment of the success of the project. This review helps us grow to serve your needs and helps identify future goals and needs so that you can get the most out of your new web site or business application.
